It’s worth noting that Workflows are slowly releasing to all users in the coming week and any existing Campaign will automatically import to Workflows. No conversion or recreation is necessary.

You’ll know your account switched from Campaigns to Workflows when this changes to say “Workflows” and the banner at the top of the page goes away.
