How to Run Two Automated Email Campaigns Simultaneously on One List? — Answered

The business requirements for email marketers have evolved. In the age of automation, leveraging the automated flows in emails using Aweber reduces time and boosts efficiency.

Listen up!

When I started email marketing, it was all manual work, from design to scheduling. But as I grew in the practice and because of Aweber listens to the community’s needs. With time system evolved and came the tags for the list.

Using tags you can create different customer segments in the same list. In this case, I create two segments, one new and one renewal. Now that said, next I created two campaigns and set different triggers ( in this case, #new and #renewal ).

The best part Aweber picked it up all by itself and now two fully automated monthly campaigns are running on the same list.

What’s next?

Nested tags, where each list is further categorized into clicks and openers, and different email is sent to each segment. Some interesting.

Lastly, I am glad that there is community support and also that if anyone wants to learn in detail how I did it is welcomed.

Hey Sushant!

It’s great to hear that you’re streamlining your workflow by leveraging key features like tags and segmentations.

Utilizing tags to trigger multiple automations within a single list is an effective strategy for managing your contacts more efficiently. Keeping everything consolidated in one list can also contribute to cost savings, as you may be eligible for our Lite plan.

I’m eager to hear more about the other strategies you’re incorporating into your workflow.
