What did I do wrong? Waiting too long

I’m sorry to add yet another issue. I have previously paused by accident my welcome campaign, then restarted but the time was like late in the evening. I then paused again and restarted around noon. I used my alternate email and resubscribed. I was getting emails daily from campaign but then I shifted the wait time to weekly. The last email received was 12/27/24 to my alternate email. What did I do wrong?

If you are already subscribed to the list and you sign up again, the Campaign won’t automatically start over. If the Campaign was paused when you signed up it also would not send.
