How Long Does It Take?

I’ve chatted with someone in support on January 20th. I was told that it would be escalated higher. I chatted again on Friday and was told it would be escalated, and someone would email me on Monday. I still have not been contacted. My campaign has halted for the majority of my subscribers after I shifted the wait time from 1 day to 1 week. I need them to resume. Please help me!
