I’m currently doing a multiple email automation campaign and for some reason it keeps skipping my day two of the email. I’ve copied and pasted my tags that are supposed to trigger the day to so that I would not have any extra spaces. I even deleted and put it in again because it just doesn’t seem to want to do go day 2. And that I did that it skipped day 2 again and went to day 3 but my wait time is now off as well. It should not have sent the email out until 7 am the next day but it came out 2 hours after I received the 1st email. Any suggestions?
Also my wait times are off. I checked the box for the subscribers time zone with a 7 am email and a 8 pm email. But I keep getting them at 5 am and 4 pm. (I’m doing a test on the campaign)
Any suggestions on what is going on will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Vince

Hi Vince,
Taking a look at your Campaigns, I see that you’ve linked your Campaigns together so that once a subscriber finishes once Campaign, they move to the next one using a tag. When setting up your Campaigns this way, you need to make sure that the correct tags are set up in the trigger for each Campaign, as well as at the end of each Campaign.
In this case, it looks like your first Campaign ends with a tag that triggers your third Campaign, which is why your second Campaign is being skipped. If you update the tag at the end of your first Campaign to make sure it matches the tag in your second Campaign trigger, then this should resolve the issue.
In regards to the timezone, are you using a VPN service when accessing your account? The timezone for subscribers is based on their location when they sign up for the list. If you’re using a VPN, then it may look like you’re signing up from another location that has a different timezone, which can lead to this mismatch.
Hi Justin,
Thank you for your response. No I am not using a VPN. I do have the box checked for the emails to go out in the subscribers time zone. But since I’m testing as a subscriber I was expecting it to show the times that I requested.
Thanks,
Vince
