Campaign is sent but subscriber didn't get it

I recently upgraded to a paid version for segmenting. I paused my original evergreen welcome series and worked with Chris on my new welcome campaign. My campaign was sent, it says it was sent but after verifying with the subscriber, she only got the Thanks for Subscribing and none afterwards. The tags were put in place on end of sequence. What happened??

If a subscriber’s status is still marked as pending, they haven’t been added to your list yet and won’t receive the welcome email. They’ll need to confirm their subscription first. Since you’ve upgraded, you now have the option to disable the double opt-in if you’d prefer:

Another possibility is that the subscriber was added to your list before the campaign was activated. In that case, they wouldn’t have been entered into the campaign flow.
