Let’s say I split a path after my first message depending upon whether user clicked a link. If they clicked, I tag them with “clicked-link-XXX”. But I don’t want them to fall off the workflow which may have 5 or more messages. How can I avoid them falling off the workflow ? Thank you very much.

Actually figured this out. Can set Tags on each message itself without making a split. Thanks

Welcome in and thanks for the update! You can tag subscribers based on them taking an action without having a split. The only way subscribers will also fall off a workflow is if you have an automation set up to remove them based on an open/click or upon them having a tag applied.
Otherwise if you are just having tags applied to them, they would stay in the workflow.
