I want to create a segment of my list with all the subscribers who haven’t clicked on a link in 6 months.
The search tools don’t provide this information directly, unless I’m mistaken.
How do I go about this ?

Hi Jean,
There isn’t a search option for subscribers that haven’t clicked any links in a certain period of time. That being said, you can still find those subscribers and save them in a segment. You can use the “any clicks” search to search for subscribers that have clicked any link:
Those subscribers can then be tagged in bulk. After they’re tagged, you can then create a segment of subscribers that do not have that tag, as this will only include subscribers that are not included in that “any clicks” search.

That’s what I did, using a temporary tag, but this would be so easy to have the right search operator at once.
“Not open” is not a criteria anymore with all privacy rules within softwares, click actions is still a good one, that’s the reeason why I use a lot clicks feedbacK.
