Following my recent broadcast, I was able to create a segment of everyone who opened the email, and another segment of those who opened and clicked on the link. Is there a way to send a follow-up email to the first segment but exclude the second?
If you update your first segment to include “link not clicked” you should be good to go
Thanks, Leon! But won’t that send the follow-up to everyone on my list who didn’t click the link, including the ones who didn’t open the first email? I was trying to limit it to “opened but didn’t click,” and I don’t see an option for that.
If you filter by “message opened” you can choose the specific broadcast that users opened. Then include filter by “link not clicked” which you can then choose the same message. So your left with everyone who opened the specific message but did not click.

As segments are infinitely configurable, it just boils down to making one segment search that has the criteria you need.
