I just created a new list for subscribers who opt in from my social media. Why am I not getting emails when I place my email in the opt in form? I am trying your new lead workflow form and it hasnt worked so far, why is that?

You didn’t give any information to be able to know what specific list or workflow you’re referring to, so I’m making some assumptions based on what I see in your account.
Workflow Name: “Workflow Template: Get Leads”.
This uses a tag to activate the workflow. Each of the subscribers that go thru this would need to have the “free-offer” tag added to their subscriber record for this flow to activate. The 2 subscribers I see in there that you appear to have been testing with do not have any tags, thus they aren’t going to activate that flow.
If you’d rather have everyone on that list get the flow, you can change that subscribe action to just include all new subscribers.
thanks for that information, Tom…I think that I will just change it to all new subscribers since that’s for my social media page. So how would that work if I just chose to tag them? Would they just stay in my main list or would they move to the new list with this specific workflow?
