If your campaign isn’t sending to subscribers, it can be due to several common issues. We’ll explore potential reasons, their solutions to resolve the issue, and ensure your messages reach your audience!.
- Campaign Trigger: Is the Campaign set up to go out when someone joins your list, or is it set to go out when someone gets a specific tag? Double check your trigger as you may not have the right trigger set up for your workflow. Updating the trigger will let your Campaign send as intended moving forward.
- You activated the Campaign AFTER subscribers were already on the list. If subscribers are on the list before you activate the Campaign, it won’t send out to them retroactively. You can temporarily change the Campaign trigger to Tag Applied, tag subscribers to receive it, then change it back to the initial trigger once you’ve seen messages sent.
If your campaign was triggered on a tag, subscribers had the tag BEFORE you activate the campaign. Same as the scenario above, the campaign won’t retroactively send, so if you remove the tag from the subscriber(s) and re-apply it, the Campaign would then send out.
