When I try to create a follow up campaign, after a few emails setted, it comes out an issue and I can’t go on. What’s going on? I tried to cancel the campaign and restat ti fresh, but everytime I have the same problem. Sorry about my english
Hey Kevin! You mentioned you see an issue and you can’t go forward with setting up the campaign. What specifically are you seeing? Are you seeing an “Issues Found” message or something else?
I have a Dmarc authentication problem. I called the IONOS’ support, which is the provider of the domain, to fix it. I added the record on the “domains &ssl”, as they told me to do, but it’s not working yet.
