On two of my lists, the automation / campaign has stopped sending messages at a certain step. I always had added one day wait time in between messages, but from a certain step onwards it just doesn’t send. I tried all kinds of things that support recommended, to no avail - like removing all steps after the last sent message, publishing, then adding message as next step and other things (shorter wait time in between etc.). Nothing works. It has been handed off to developers, but that was days ago and I get no response and it still doesn’t work. Anyone got an idea what to do?
