Confirming subscribers before email sent

Is there a way to check that all subscribers are included in a mailing before the email is sent?

I recently imported a new mailing list. The email, first with tags, then without tags, was sent, but it went to only about 10% of the subscribers. What did I do? How do I check ahead of time that all subscribers are included?

Hey Jen! If you wanting to send to your whole list, you’d want to make sure when sending a Broadcast message you have the list selected and you have Active Subscriber selected where it asks for a segment (when you send to a list, it should default to this option).

If you instead selected a segment or had selected to exclude lists, this could explain why the message wasn’t send to everyone.

If the messages in question are Campaign messages, it could be related to the trigger that was set for the Campaign or the timing of when the subscribers were tagged to start the Campaign.

I’m sorry to add yet another issue. But mine is similar. I have previously paused by accident my welcome campaign, then restarted but the time was like late in the evening. I then paused again and restarted around noon. I used my alternate email and resubscribed. I was getting emails daily from campaign but then I shifted the wait time to weekly. The last email received was 12/27/24 to my alternate email. What did I do wrong?
