Not using behavioral automations. Setting up automations to send more targeted emails based on opens and links clicked can make a huge impact on engagement!

If you put yourself in your subscribers’ shoes, you’d be much more likely to engage if the content in the emails is relevant to your own interests and past email engagement, rather than generic emails that are sent to all the subscribers on the list. Using as much data as you have available to target to your subscribers will lead to success!
