Can Broadcast function exclude the subscribers that inside automation?

You can exclude subscribers that are within your Campaigns from your broadcasts.
To accomplish this, you would need to add a tag action to the end of your Campaign so that every subscriber that reaches the end of the Campaign gets a tag. You can then save a segment using that tag, and schedule your broadcasts to send to that segment so that only subscribers with the tag from the end of the Campaign receive your broadcast messages.
Segments are dynamic, so you would only ever need to create the segment once. As subscribers receive tags going forward, they will automatically be added to your segment.
