so I am trying to clean my list, and I was wondering if deleting an email from a list where they are no longer active will delete them from a list where they remain active?

It’s a good question, I did have to run a little test to actually dig into it.
No, if you delete an entry from one list, and you have a duplicate in other list - the other one stays!

Hi Patrick! Sushant is correct, deleting a subscriber from one list will not automatically delete them from the other as lists are independent of each other in that way. Let us know if you have any other questions!

I am confused about the question .
But on one of our accounts we assigned Tags to all lists (One unique tag per list)
Then migrated those subscribers to our main list and then deleted the other lists.
Added the tags to different sign up forms,
and when we want to send an email to a specific tag we just add to to the send list.’
Does that make sense?
BTW it lowered our monthly cost
