HI We have a small nonprofit, a newletter list of 1200 or so which we want to grow. We have a free nonprofit license for Salesforce and a board member has put all our donors into it. It’s now being recommended that I have a CRM. Of course I thought to use Salesforce but am now concerned that I’ll spend more time learning HOW to use it than is of value. We do sell products (related to our mission) so I am interested in having a CRM. Our site is WP with WooCommerce. I see that aWeber can work with SalesForce. Am interested in what experience anyone has of SalesForce integration or other thoughts on CRM. Thanks

Hi Annamarie. Welcome to the community!
I just sent you an email regarding your inquiry. Please check your inbox for an update.
Hi, Annamarie - we’ve had the same question for a while, and finally we hired someone to build a CRM for us. It is currently underway. The biggest challenge we are trying to overcome is when someone unsubscribes, or does not renew their subscription, we ar having trouble getting Woo @ my website/store and Aweber to carry the message “unsubscribe” in the API or any other carrier so we can update the person’s subscription and Aweber tags. (We tried Zoho - too complicated, and I’ve used Sales force - also too much for what we need to manage subscriptions.)
