I have received a response to my halted welcome campaign however I still have a question. Can I use the new split tagging to get those in unmounted back into a sequence of customer stage journey? I have only the free version of Aweber and I can’t find a way to send a broadcast to just those in the “unmounted” tag.
Hey Lisa! On the AWeber Free plan, you cannot create or send to segments. You would need to upgrade to one of our paid plans to send Broadcast messages to a segment.
To send a Campaign however, you can individually tag a subscriber and they would then go into your Campaign from there if it’s triggered on a tag.

Would the split tags I have created work for getting them back into the campaign sequence?
Hey Lisa, what do you mean by “split tags” do you mean additional tags you created? If you made additional tags and you have more than one tag triggering a campaign, you can apply the tag to the subscriber and it should add them into your Campaign from the start.
