I’m looking up a subscriber in a list, and I cannot tell which campaigns they are in.
I can see their tags, but I don’t know what campaigns they are in.
I ask because some of our automations are not working.
We have a campaign rule that if a tag is applied to remove them from a campaign.
But it’s not removing them.
So…
how do I tell what campaign a person is in?

If you’re having trouble discerning based on the tags alone, you can check which campaigns a subscriber is in by looking at the messages they’ve received. This can help you determine which campaign they’re a part of.

Well one of our campaigns is NOT working.
If a tag is applied they are supposed to be taken out of the campaign, and they are not being taken out of the campaign.
So there is a bug in aweber that we are trying to resolve because we have a lot of customers who are getting messages that they should not be getting
