Probably a silly question but is my free guide URL my landing page my AWeber URL? ie. name.aweb.page/subscribe?

That would depend on what your set up is. If you have people going to sign up to your list to get a free guide from you, the landing page would be the way they get into the list. The guide would only be on a landing page if you linked to the file on the landing page and subscribers end up there after signing up. The file itself would not be hosted on our landing pages.
