Integrating aweber with acuity scheduling

acuity scheduling is no longer connecting with Aweber. Any fix or update for this?

Hi Christine,

Are you receiving an error message when trying to connect the Acuity Scheduling integration with AWeber? I suggest disconnecting and reconnecting the Acuity Scheduling integration altogether to see if this allows the integration to properly connect.

The Acuity Scheduling integration was developed by Acuity Scheduling. If disconnecting and reconnecting this integration does not allow it to properly connect, then it would be best to reach out to Acuity Scheduling support to troubleshoot this issue with their integration.

Alternatively, you may also be able to use third party options to integrate Acuity Scheduling with AWeber, such as Zapier.

Thank you for the help. I disconnected and tried reconnecting. Since then it just said to contact support. I had contacted Acuity several times and they haven’t done anything. I have tried Zapier, but there’s some issue with the conditional logic that I need.

Hey Christine,

Since Acuity had built the integration, you would need to get in touch with them on their side to further troubleshoot and see why that error is occurring.

You also mentioned you tried Zapier and there’s an issue with the conditional logic. Are you getting an error there or is not giving you the options you’re looking for?

I’ve tried connecting with Acuity many times with ongoing excuses.
I’m not getting an error with Zapier, but I have a condition where I don’t add them to Aweber unless they confirm yes from Acuity Scheduling, which passes through. Didn’t see an option there for that.

Hi Christine,

Thanks for providing that context!

If you’re not hearing back form Acuity Support, then it may be best to test the different triggers available in Zapier and signing up for an event in Acuity Scheduling with your own email address to see if these different triggers function in the way you need for your workflow. I see that the Zapier has an option to trigger an automation when a new appointment is scheduled, but I’m not sure if this refers to when the appointment is initially scheduled, or when it’s confirmed within Acuity Scheduling like you described. Testing setting up different triggers and signing up with you own email will allow you to confirm if the Zapier triggers meet your needs.

If you do plan to test multiple triggers through the Zapier integration, then I suggest making sure to remove your email address from your list in between tests, since each email address can only be added to the list one time.

Yes I have tried that. I will try to see if there’s any other conditional logic I can try. Right now I need conditional logic to add only if they yes to being added and didn’t see anything obvious in Zapier as an external condition to verify.
