I’m new here. Are you telling me there’s no way of writing an email and sending it to a specific TAG? I have to send it to ALL my subscribers who subscribed for different reasons and speak different languages???

Welcome! You can certainly send a message just to tagged subscribers. You’ll need to create a segment first on the Subscribers page.
Once the segment is created, when you schedule your message, you can edit the Audience section and select the segment from the drop down menu.
