Hi Guys, I have a few messages that I’d like to create newsletters from. How do I move a message out of the Message area into a newsletter? I tried to copy and paste a message into the Newsletter Assistant but the format was messy. If I send it from Messages I won’t be able to keep track of what actually are messages and what are newsletters.
Hello Sue,
The terms “message” and “newsletter” can be used interchangeably within AWeber as a message would be any email created within your account which could be scheduled out as a newsletter. The Newsletter Assistant is a feature that you can use to create messages or newsletters via AI. You can use messages created either manually or via the Newsletter Assistant the same way within your account!
That being said, you would be able to make a copy of a prior message from the Messages Page in your account by clicking the 3 dots on the right side of the message and selecting “Copy”.
This will create an identical copy of the message. Once that message is copied, you can modify the new version from the Drafts Page to use it for another newsletter.
Let me know if you need further clarification or more assistance with this, thanks!
Thanks so much for getting back to me Heather!
I see what you mean about “message” and “newsletter” being interchangeable. Makes so much sense. And the 3 dots - great for copying and scheduling!
