Issue with Messages — Missing Newsletters and Different Content Displayed

Hello,

When I access the Messages section in my AWeber account, I no longer see all my newsletters. Instead, something completely different appears, as if I have to create everything from scratch.

I have not deleted anything. Could you please help me understand what happened and assist me in recovering my newsletters?

Please make sure you’re on this page https://www.aweber.com/users/messages. I see 20+ messages there in your account. It’s unclear what you’re seeing. If you continue to not be able to find your messages, please contact our team directly so we can walk you thru your account.

Thank you, @ Tom_Kulzer, for your quick response — much appreciated! I realized I was mistaken: the issue isn’t in the Messages section, but in the Automation. I don’t have access to the messages I’m sending to subscribers.(upload://pMklWxMGIjRUM99UFPPApSbtNxN.png)

The screenshot you attempted to add appears to have not come thru.

I need a little more context about what you’re referring to. “Access”? Are you getting a permissions error, are you trying to edit a message and unsure how? I’m unclear what you’re trying to see and not getting access to.

If you’re inside the new Workflows editor, trying to edit a message, be sure to click the edit link on the right side.

It seems I’ve just lost all the messages there. Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. Everything appears to have disappeared, and I have to start all over again. I don’t understand what happened. I hade there more than 300 of elements there.

Can you please call or live chat our team so we can troubleshoot in real time? Going back and forth on a public forum without enough context isn’t going to get to the bottom of this quickly for you. I’m certain messages are not lost.

This is going to sound silly, but did you scroll down? The Workflow canvas has buttons on the right side to scroll to the very bottom. You can also scroll up/down. I didn’t count them all, but I see a huge number of messages when I scroll down in your Workflow Campaign.

It’s quite difficult for me to explain, as I never had that. I have created a lot of messages instead, but now I can’t find any of them. They seem to have disappeared somehow. Thank you very much for your effort in helping me. I really apreciate it. I had more then 100 messages there… I don’t know how to explain it better in any language though.

I can promise you they are there, I can see them. You just need to scroll down as indicated either in the above screenshots or just scrolling down on your computer.
