Hi everyone, I am pretty overwhelmed trying to figure out what’s what with AWeber. My test emails don’t go through, I don’t know how to separate my email list to send certain broadcasts to only certain members of my list. Just need someone to point me to a video series or something I can use to get myself organized.
Hey Tony, welcome in! If you are looking to send messages to smaller groups of subscribers in your list you would need to create segments. Keep in mind segments would only be available on the AWeber Lite or Plus plans.

Hey Tony, great, welcome to the Aweber community. I can understand what you feel, coz I was once at the same position.
Now, there are tons of tutorial on YouTube to get the things sorted out.
In short, you need three things, data, content, and channel.
The data is your email subscribers, content is the message, and the channels are the list on Aweber.
Simply, create a channel, upload your data, and send the message. I hope this helps.

I am interested in emailing the CS team bu haven’t been able to find an email address. I thought all the CS function had been outsourced to this forum as the only other contact details I could find in the Help area were a postal address and a phone number. I could phone but I’d rather email.
Any assistance on how to contact CS would be much appreciated.
