Blank lines appear to automatically be inserted at the top and bottom of my messages. Fortunately the blank lines are ignored in the messages that are emailed. So many blank lines are inserted after a while that I eventually take time to delete the blank lines at the top of the message to avoid having to scroll to see the message in editor. There are hundreds of blank lines at the bottom of the messages.
Hey Todd, welcome in! When you create your messages, are you copying them from a previously sent message or are you making them as brand new messages? If you’re copying a sent message it’s likely that message had extra spacing in it. You can instead create a new message and choose from our template gallery a template to use. You can then customize it further from there.
You can also always reach out to our Customer Solutions team and we can review your messages and see what else may be going on.
When you are removing the leading rows, did you originally copy the message to make a new draft and are editing that?
Are you creating a brand new message in Drafts and editing that? That clarification would be helpful to determine why you are getting those extra rows.
