Hi Guys, I was just sending out my monthly newsletter and noticed that the footer section only appears on the first 3 messages. How can I correct this please. I’ve already send 6 newsletters so I don’t know if I can change them now, but would be great to have them going forward. Thank you.
Hi Sue! It looks like you’re using a different template for the messages that are missing the footer section. If you’re looking to use the DFY template we created for you, you can follow the steps in this article to apply your custom template to a new message: How do I apply my custom template? | AWeber.
Once you’ve applied your template to a message, any subsequent messages you create should automatically reflect it. If applying over a message already created, make sure to have the “Keep My Message Content” option toggled off before applying your custom template to replace all the content with the content and settings of your selected template.
Hi Michelle, thank you for getting back to me. I’m a little confused about how to find and apply the footer (the DFY template you created for me). I wouldn’t be creating a new message as all my messages are set up already - some have already been sent, and others are sitting in Messages waiting for me to send them out as newsletters.
I went into the DFY Email Template to find it and the header is wrong, but the footer is there.

The template’s showing a different version of your message — this can happen when the original DFY messages get modified without updating the template to match. I just sent you a follow-up email to help get your messages updated!
