Hello! I am using workflow for the first time and tried the event registration template. I was able to customize the emails, however when I attempt to customize the tag to initiate the campaign, workflow crashes. Perhaps I am misunderstanding how to use the template? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Angela
Hey Angela, welcome in! When you say it crashes, can you clarify what exactly you’re seeing? Are you getting an error message or are things freezing up?
