My business name has a very interesting story, and will clearly show off my ‘nerdiness’

I have been into anime and Japanese culture since I was in the 8th grade. I grew up watching Sailor Moon, Pokemon, Cardcaptor Sakura (we don’t speak of the dub version) and because of this I listened to a lot of J-pop music.
One of my favorite J-pop artists is Masami Okui, who I’ve gotten to see perform live twice. She has a song titled Wild Spice and I don’t recall exactly how I came across the song (it was in my high school years) but I loved how upbeat and bouncy it was. Some of the lyrics are related to not letting your dreams be dreams, make them happen, and share them with the world.
I’ve always been a huge supporter of going for your dreams and supporting people as they try to make their own dreams come true (funny enough I also worked at the place where dreams come true, Walt Disney World, in the past). As a photographer, my goal is always to give people a fun time while taking photos and creating positive vibes. My love for the song has remained, so the name naturally was my choice for the business: Wild Spice Photography.
