How do I drag and re-order certain messages?
I am unable to drag and drop the different messages within the workflow for some reason like I was before
Hello! If you need to reorder messages or swap them out, you can click on a message in the Workflow and then you’ll see an option to swap the message.
You can swap the message out with any message in your Drafts folder. If you need to copy a message you want to move as well, you can click on the + symbol to make a copy of it to drafts that you can then choose to swap in.
If you can also let us know why you’re looking to move messages around, that would be helpful as well.

Copy to drafts → Swap message for two different messages? (6 more actions)

Yes, you would need to go into the Send Message step and swap the message out there. I can definitely share your feedback around having the feature of dragging and dropping to swap messages
