I tried upgrading to aweber plus, but it is giving me difficulty. I don’t know what to do.

I wanted to share if anyone else experiences this issue or is having an issue upgrading, first try going to www.aweber.com/cookies.htm and hit Clear AWeber Cookies, then try again. You can also try in a different web browser to see if that works for you.
If you try both of these options and that still does not work, you would want to reach out directly to our Customer Solutions team for assistance.
