Tag, You’re It! Keeping Tabs on Your Email List Sign-Ups

You’ve set up several sign up forms (or landing pages, or both depending on your set up), and your subscriber list is booming! :tada:
But wait, where are all these new subscribers coming from?! It’s like a mystery with no clues…or is it? Fear not! You can use tags to crack the case and track where your subscribers are signing up, especially if you’ve got the same form or landing page popping up in different spots online.

Here’s the deal: when someone fills out your form or landing page, you can tag that sign up source. It’s like giving them a little badge to show where they came from! If the word “tag” feels a bit like a foreign language, don’t sweat it! Just think of tags as little notes you attach to your subscribers.

Using an integration for your form? You’re all set! As long as the integration supports tagging, you can totally tag away! Want to see who came from where? It’s an easy as going to Subscribers and search for Tag > Is > Tag Name.

So, do you tag your forms? How are you using tags in your workflow? We’d love to hear all about it in the comments below!:sparkles:

HI. If I put a tag into a landing page or sign up form, how come I don’t see it listed in the tag section? Will it be created once someone lands on those forms and then they get the tag and then the tag is created?

Hey Rose! You’ll be able to see the tag in the Tag section once someone signs up through the landing page/form you have the tag set up on and receives that tag.
