Earlier we wrapped today’s workshop on personalization and the common theme was:

Most people aren’t sending the wrong emails. They’re sending the right email to the wrong people.

Someone who bought last week doesn’t need the same nudge as someone who’s been on your list for six months and never clicked anything. But most of us treat them exactly the same.
