can anyone help me with how to put my account on hold. apparently its possible on the billing page but I can’t see anywhere to put it on hold and I can’t speak to anyone.
Hey Trevor, welcome to the community! You would want to reach out to our Customer Solutions team to place the account on our Hold package.
While on Hold, messages would not be sent and sign up forms and landing pages would not work. This would keep your information in the account stored for $4.99 a month until you’re ready to reactivate. We recommend this option if you are planning to resume sending again in the next couple months. You would also need to reach back out once you’re ready to reactivate.
