Can I put a p.o. box at the bottom of the email or has to be physical address? what are my options? Thanks.

Hey Hassan! We actually have a topic that goes over the address needed at the bottom of emails.
As long as the P.O. Box is a valid address where you can receive postal mail, you can use that at the bottom of your message. You can always update the address that appears at the bottom of emails under List Settings.
