Hello!
I’d like to edit the email footer (ie the one that contains the unsubscribe link and my business information). I don’t want to remove the unsubscribe link, I jsut want to add more business information in this section and make it a little nicer. Thanks!
Hi Monika! While you currently can’t edit the appearance/format of the footer, any information that appears in the footer of the email is pulled from the Address section in Basic Settings and from the Signature box under Personalize Your List. You can go to those sections to edit that information at any time. Keep in mind for the address it does need to be a valid address you can receive postal mail at due to the CAN-SPAM Act.
So if you are trying to add your business name to your footer for example, you can do so by adding your business name to your address in List Settings. You also mentioned you want to also make it a little nicer; can you clarify what specifically you wanted to customize in that regard?
I will also add you to our feature request for this feature so that you’ll be updated if and when we have this available!
I’m amazed that this section cannot be customized like all other modern email marketing platforms. We want to design this section out, including all necessary CAN-SPAM requirements, so that it matches our custom design. We cannot even get this text to center properly in our layout.

Is there no way to hide the redundant footer if the necessary information is provided elsewhere?

Were you unable to upload a screenshot of your preferred layout when responding? Please note that there is currently no option to remove the CAN-SPAM address at the bottom of the message. We appreciate your feedback and will consider it as a potential feature request for future updates.
