I was able to locate the message with the “Mind and Skin: How Your Mindset Impacts Your Skin Health” subject line in your workflow from my side of things. I am not seeing a greeting appearing before the variable for the subscriber’s first name within that message as you can see from the screenshot below:
I would suggest taking another look at the message to confirm what I am seeing and update it if necessary.

So sorry Heather, I didn’t realize that I’d omitted to put in the greeting. I have fixed it and republished. I’ll check all of my other messages to make sure I don’t make the mistake again.
