I am not receiving the authentication verification email for my single email address. Email address is correct. Response is not in Junk Spam. I have confirm with a test email that my email is actually receiving emails.
Hey Peter, welcome in! Do you have email forwarding in place at all? If you are using forwarding, that is a potential reason you may not be seeing the email.
You can go back under Domains and Addresses and resend the verification email by clicking on the icon to resend (it looks like a paper airplane).
If you are still not receiving it, you can reach out to our Customer Solutions team and we can look into this further from there.
