How to make text in email look less like a newsletter?

Hi,
I’d like to create email messages that look just like plain text but have rich text capabilities. For example, when I create an email and add a text element, it centers the text into a small column which, to me, screams newsletter and impersonal. I want the email to appear like it’s a personal message from myself. I would use plain text but I want to be able to create links using anchor text and include a logo at the end of my signature.

Hi Rey! If you’re using the Drag and Drop Email Builder you’re able to change the position, sizing, padding, and more within your messages for the various elements and your text.

We also have email templates in the editor you can pick and edit to match your branding. With these templates, some are preset to be left, right or centered aligned but you can choose which one works best for the set up you’re going for.

Setting up a signature with a logo is something you’re able to do too, and you can save that as an email template so you don’t have to make the message from the bottom up each time. instead, you’d create a new draft message and apply that template and then your content.

Hi Amanda,
What setting specifically do I use to move the text to the left? I have set the padding to zero and left aligned the text. Also, when I try to embed an image into this forum post, it lets me upload them and add to the post but then gives me an error stating I cannot embed images. I used my wordpress to host these images instead:

Hi Rey. To left-align your plain message using the Drag & Drop Email Builder, start by clicking the “Templates” button located in the right-side menu under the “Message” section. Then, select the Plain template. Ensure you choose the “Left” option found beneath the template thumbnail.

Before loading the plain, left-aligned template, make sure to select “Keep My Message Content” at the top right of the templates selection page. This step is crucial as it ensures that you do not lose any of your written content. For visual guidance, refer to the Knowledge Base article provided.
