Offer incentives to your repeat customers. Give them a discount off a future purchase, every x amount of purchases you get free swag (like a sticker for example), each time the spend X amount on an order they can earn points they can redeem for swag from your business or for a discount.

Get your customers to talk about your business. Have your customers show off what they bought from you on social media and then you can reshare it; this helps get you in front of other potential customers and it also lets you support your customers right back.

Build what you offer around what your customers are buying. If you are offering products but customers tend to buy the same products versus new or different ones you offer, switch it up and focus on what is most popular. Make new variations of the products your customers want, which will get them to continue buying from you.
