Why Are My Email Images Pixelated? Understanding Image Resolution and Loading Times

So, you’ve finished creating your email, sent a test to yourself, and noticed the images look pixelated or blurry. Don’t worry! This probably happened because the images are set to Optimized mode, which helps your emails load faster for your audience.

If you value your message’s appearance over its load speed, this can be changed. Just go back into your message, click on the image, and switch from Optimized to Original. Your image will then display at its original resolution.
