Notice from the AWeber Customer Solutions team

Beginning on Wednesday, October 8th and running through Friday, October 10th, our entire AWeber team will be gathering for an offsite retreat. This is an opportunity for our team to meet in-person and build on our already strong relationships. Our time together will be spent engaging in a variety of collaborative exercises and activities designed to further energize the team, stoke creative ideas, and plan innovative solutions that will enable AWeber users to be even more successful in meeting their goals.

While on the retreat, our Customer Solutions team will not be available to offer live support. Support will have delayed responses beginning on Wednesday, October 8th with full weekend support resuming on Saturday, October 11th at 8am EDT. We will continue to monitor 24/7 for any potential service issues.

Those in need are still encouraged to consult the Knowledge Base and ask questions in our Community. Additionally, you may still submit email requests directly to help@aweber.com.

As always, we appreciate each of the small business owners, creators, and entrepreneurs that we are privileged to serve each day. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
