Is aweber destroying my bussiness?

For several months, my income has plummeted, to the point where I can’t even cover my AWeber monthly fee. After making changes to offers, landing pages, and integrations, and seeing that everything was working correctly, I discovered that if, in an automation—for example, the AA automation, which at the end leads to the BB automation—you add a new email to the end of the AA automation, all subscribers are left without being transferred to the BB automation. I discovered this many months after making the change; in other words, they weren’t receiving emails from the BB automation. I reported it to AWeber, and they only reply, “We’ll pass it on to the technical team,” while my business is in shambles. I can prove this with the emails we exchanged. Thinking it was something else, I’ve had to go from nearly 30,000 subscribers to 15,000, assuming the errors were something else. My question is… Has your business declined since you started using automations in AWeber?
