What has happened to the insert an image feature? Last week it was working fine. This week it puts the image all over the place, like a knuckleball. How can I correct this?
The same thing is true for button placement. Put the cursor where you want it and it jumps to the top of the page.
Hey Karl! To clarify, are you trying to insert images or buttons into a landing page or a message?
When you try to place an element into either a landing page or message, a blue line should come up in the editor to indicate where you can place it.

I am trying to insert both an image and a button into various places in my newsletter message.
It used to work as you describe.
Now I get some kind of icon that moves like the cursor. I put it where I want the image or the button and enter it. But, instead of staying there, it jumps to the top of the page and refuses to move back when I try to drag it back into position.

I occasionally have this problem in the landing page editor. That blue line Amanda speaks of is sometimes either really finicky or just doesn’t appear. Refreshing the page usually solves the issue. Sometimes I have to go so far as clearing the browser cache and restarting the browser.
