In your marketing flow, have you ever thought about surveying your subscribers? It’s a super handy way to find out what your potential customers think about what you’re selling and the content you’re sharing in your emails.
Are they still into what you’re doing? Maybe there’s something else they want to see more of? Features we release come from feedback from awesome folks like you, so getting opinions should be part of your routine, too. We can’t grow if we’re not open to hearing what people think!
Not up for creating a fancy feedback form? No worries! You can just ask for their thoughts right in an email; our Survey template is perfect for this. You can have them rate your business or content on a scale from 1 to 10, give a thumbs up or thumbs down, react using emojis like and , or Yes/No.
We use the Survey template ourselves, primarily the option with emojis, to see how our subscribers vibe with our emails. Plus, they can leave feedback! If you want a way to get additional feedback from readers, throw in a prompt asking them to reply directly with their thoughts. It’s a great way to connect with your audience!
You can also segment to your subscribers based on their selection in the email and send targeted Broadcast messages to them.
So, how do you usually ask your subscribers for feedback? We’d love to hear your approach!
