Community Guidelines

Our community exists make each other better. To make sure that happens, we have some guidelines to make sure we’re effectively collaborating. Violation of these terms will lead to removal from the community.

Be Kind and Courteous

We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

No Hate Speech or Bullying

Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

Respect Everyone’s Privacy

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.

Never share anyone’s personal information. This includes any personal information relating to subscribers within your AWeber account.

Do Not Mention Competitors

Community discussions will be focused on AWeber, its customers, and prospective customers. Mentions of other email service providers will be removed, regardless of sentiment or context.

No Promotions or Spam

Give more than you take to this group. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren’t allowed.

If you’re recommending a product or service you love, don’t use affiliate links.

Direct messages without permission are not permitted. Stay in public channels.
