for some reason, a link I put in my newsletter just sent to clients isn’t working properly and it gives errors - can I edit link in sent newsletter so it’s working properly for those who haven’t opened yet- or do I have to fix, and then resend to all
Hey Sheila, welcome in! You can’t make changes to a message that has already been sent. You could copy the message back to drafts and fix the link then resend, but keep in mind that means subscribers may then get multiple messages in a day.

ok thanks - I’d copied a working link to put in, but it didn’t insert correctly. Sigh. I guess I have to resend
