I would love to get my subscriber’s Name, Phone, Email along with having them check a box agreeing to terms.
How can a checkbox be created as a custom field in a form?

Hi Alex,
When creating a sign up form, you can create a custom field and then change the input type for that field to a checkbox:
You can also select the “required” option for the field to ensure that subscribers are required to select the box when filling out your form.

I don’t have that option. Is it perhaps on a different price tier? Otherwise, that’s EXACTLY what I need.
Hey Alex! Are you using a stand alone sign up form or is this a form on a landing page? If it’s a standalone sign up form, you can set this option up. That option is available on all plans.
If it’s a form on our landing pages, you can only have text input fields, but we are looking into adding other field types for the future.

I am hoping to have a check box, acknowledging acceptance of terms found on our website, as the last step in a form on a landing page.

Any update on adding a check box to Aweber landing pages in the same way we can add them to a form? This would be really helpful since Leadpages increased my account cost by 700% so I cancelled it.
