It’s almost the end of the business day. If your Black Friday emails aren’t finalized, here’s your quick checklist before you’re offline for the long weekend.
Earlier this week, we covered how many Black Friday/Cyber Monday emails to send and gave you Newsletter Assistant prompts. Now let’s make sure they’re ready to send!
Have you already used the Newsletter Assistant? Final checks:
1. Are all your emails scheduled? Based on your frequency from the last post:
- Once a week → Friday + Monday scheduled?
- 2-3x week → Friday + Sunday + Monday?
- Daily → All 5 ready?
2. Mobile preview looks good? In your Draft, click on the three dots, then Preview → Toggle “Mobile Preview”. You can also choose to Send Test and check the message on your mobile device.
3. Links tested? Click every link, especially for your checkout page (if you have one). AWeber will show an error for broken links and a green checkmark for good ones.
4. Send yourself a test! Send to yourself and verify everything looks the way you set it up.

Quick Reminder:
Don’t send more emails than your list expects! Stick to 2 emails if you normally send weekly. Suddenly sending 5 emails = spam complaints and unsubscribes.
